This outdoor leg press uses your own body weight as resistance. Comfortable perforated seat allows you to focus on working
out your leg muscles without putting pressure on the back or spine. Available in combinations of two, three and four
for more efficient use of space.
Sit on seat with legs braced against foot pad. Push body away from the footrest. Hold then slowly return to start
position. Do not lock your knees.
