Pull Up, Leg Lift and Dip Station

three-in-one outdoor fitness machine. There are no weights needed, use this equipment to pull your
own body weight. An excellent way of building upper body strength and flexibility.
Pull-Ups: Jump up if necessary, grip handles with hands, then pull your body
upward until the chin is level with or above the handle. Lower body and then repeat according
to your capability.
Leg Lifts: Stand facing away from equipment. Place back against backrest and grasp handles.
Raise legs off the ground at a 90 degree angle.
Dips: Jump up if necessary, grasp bars with hands supporting body with straight arms. Bend arms
to lower body. Return slowly to start position. Do not lock elbows.

The state of the art finishing process used on the Pull Up, Leg Lift and Dip Station combines the application of an
'Electrocoat Zinc Rich Primer' with a durable polyester powder-coat top layer to ensure
every crevice and joint is completely sealed, providing full protection against corrosion and
weathering. Pull Up, Leg Lift and Dip Stations are finished in either a gloss or
textured polyester powder-coat finish.
