These cedar colored recycled plastic slats are impervious to weather and rot.
The frame only design has no metal ring or cross braces that rust and leave
unsightly marks on your sidewalk. Three inner bands provide maximum support
for the slats. The heavy duty brown polyethylene tops include a security strap.
