The thermal modification is a non-toxic treatment process that improves the physical
and material properties of the Ash wood. The benefits include enhanced durability, exceptional water resistance,
and a finish that requires less maintenance than traditional style wood. Each plank end
receives an immediate application of Anchorseal to prevent any splitting—then the entire
plank is wiped with Acetone and then coated with a Penofin Rosewood Oil finish.
