Durable, high capacity and ability to hold full, 1/2" and 1/3" size food pans make the UPC400 a caterer's  favorite. The tough, one piece, polyethylene shell is filed with thick polyurethane foam insulation. Durable nylon latch and air-tight gasket helps retain temperature. Door opens a full 270° for easy loading and unloading.
