This gas funnel cake fryer which is also great for elephant ears is
a virtual "$Money Machine$". Made of stainless steel and
fired by LP gas, this unit produces 77,000 BTU's from its three burner
design. These units are equipped with a thermostat, safety pilot and
drain. The tank is 30"W x 23"D x 7 3/4"H and holds 50
lbs. of oil.
This unit is suitable for mounting on a trailer. Unit
must be installed by a professional and requires a low pressure
regulator at the LP gas source.
Please Note
You must allow 10"clearance
around the rear and two sides.
