The state of the art finishing process used on the 3-Pad Stretch Pole combines the application of an
'Electrocoat Zinc Rich Primer' with a durable polyester powder-coat top layer to ensure
every crevice and joint is completely sealed, providing full protection against corrosion and
weathering. 3-Pad Stretch Poles are finished in either a gloss or
textured polyester powder-coat finish.

Using one hand on the pole to stabilize yourself, step onto one of the foot pads. Either side-step or forward-step
onto each pad while travelling in a circular path around the center pole. Make sure to keep back straight, shoulders back, and core
tight throughout the exercise. Stretch muscles to the desired levels of tension, then slowly step down.
