All-Season Hydration
The Haws 3611FR Freeze-Resistant Bottle Filler and Drinking Fountain is a vandal-resistant
hydration station designed to provide reliable, year-round service in public environments. Constructed with
durability and adaptability in mind, the unit features a stainless-steel pedestal design with powder-coated
finish, making it suitable for high-traffic outdoor settings such as parks, campuses, recreation areas and
municipal facilities.
Featuring engineered pneumatic valve assemblies, delivering a proven freeze-resistant
solution. The design safeguards internal components from low temperatures and maintains dependable water
flow year-round.
The unit features an all-stainless-steel valve body machined from solid bar stock, providing
enhanced durability and long-term reliability. Maintenance is streamlined through full front-panel service
access, allowing technicians to reach the push-button assembly, water control cartridge, integrated supply
strainer and stream height adjustment without removing the valve assembly.
The hydration station
incorporates vandal-resistant components including the bubbler, push buttons, bottle filler nozzle, drain and
access plates. The interchangeable fountain and bottle filler arms support multiple ADA-compliant mounting
heights—standing adult, wheelchair and child wheelchair—ensuring accessibility for diverse users.
Additional functional features include a large-opening bottle filler with a 1.0 gpm quick-fill
rate, a rotatable bowl and bubbler head to accommodate site layout requirements, and optional custom color
finishes. The design prioritizes durability, configurability and simplified maintenance for long-term
facility operations.

Model meets all current Federal Regulations for the disabled including those in
the Americans with Disabilities Act. Haws manufactures drinking fountains, faucets and electric
water coolers to be lead-free by all known definitions including NSF/ANSI/CAN 61- Section 9,
NSF/ANSI/CAN 372, California Proposition 65, and the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act. Product
is compliant to California Health and Safety Code 116875 (AB 1953-2006), and 116876 (AB 100)
"NSF/ANSI/CAN 61: Q ≤ 1".
