Designed for high-volume use the receptacle base is constructed of
14-gauge steel top and lid; 1-1/2" square 11-gauge steel tubing frame and laser
cut steel panels. The all-steel construction is protected in an environmentally friendly,
closed loop 18 stage e-steele™ powder-coating finishing process—delivering
superior resistance against corrosion, chipping, cracking or fading.
