Model 3503FR is a StreetSmart™, freeze-resistant, single bubbler, vandal-resistant, barrier-free, pedestal drinking fountain with a green powder-coated finish. Push button pneumatic operated freeze-resistant valve system installed below frost line allows fountain to function year-round. Pedestal is constructed of corrosion-resistant, Type 304 all welded heavy-duty stainless steel. Bowl is integral 3/8" cast stainless steel, which prevents removal. Bubbler is chrome-plated low profile forged brass with 3/8" NPS mounting shank with vandal proof locking pins to prevent turning. Waste strainer is designed to allow insertion of a garden hose for top down unobstructed access for waste clean out. Installation and maintenance are made possible through an access plate at base of pedestal. All exposed fasteners are pinned socket type. Ideal for installation in highway rest areas, parks, correctional facilities and other vandal prone locations.
Options include a Freeze-Guard valve for areas with high water tables.
Model 3503FR meets current Federal Regulations for the disabled including those in the Americans with Disabilities Act. Haws manufactures drinking fountains, electric water coolers and electric drinking fountains to be lead-free by all known definitions including ANSI/NSF Standard 61, Section 9, California Proposition 65 and the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act.
