Specifications

Designed to roast corn, potatoes, chicken, roasts, fish and vegetables, this roaster is known for variety and profit. The unit will produce 150,000 BTU's/hr. of even controlled heat capable of roasting 120 ears of corn every 60 minutes. The heavy-duty 1/10" thick (12 ga.) steel will provide unsurpassed strength and durability to last a lifetime. A non-toxic, heat-resistant flat black enamel finish coats the entire unit.

The rotating hub design replaces the old-fashion chain link drive system. The Traveler-2000 and the CR-2000 have no belts, chains or sprockets to oil, adjust or maintain. Cleaning is a breeze. Just open the hood ­ no panels or fasteners to remove.

Under slung spring axle and 4.8" x 12" tires absorb road bumps, delivering a smooth ride behind any vehicle. The trailer body is built of tough 1/10" thick 12 ga. steel, finished in a non-toxic, heat-resistant black enamel. These units are fully equipped with dual tail-brake lights, 1-7/8" coupler and a swing tongue jack. Mobile units includes the Bread-Box Hood.

• Four individual stainless steel burners with an adjustable heat range that provides 150,000 BTU's total heat.
• Entire unit is self-contained with a 40 lb. horizontal fuel cylinder included.
• Belson's cross-tie ignition system: If one of the four full length burners extinguishes, the adjacent burner automatically re-ignites it. This safety feature eliminates the gas build-up that results from an unlit burner.
• Simple and safe push-button ignition, no batteries, wands or matches required.
• Massive 24" x 60" (10 sq. ft.) cooking grate is finished with durable and sanitary nickel-plating.
