Implementing Parallel Bars in your facility can help visitors get a complete, upper body workout without the need for heavy weights. Parallel Bar dips are considered by many to be the most beneficial upper body exercise. Dips not only requires strength, but balance, coordination, and stabilization. The movement allows for a full range of motion unlike other machines and is extremely beneficial in both intense exercise or rehabilitation. Parallel Bars can also be used to perform leg lifts to tighten lower abdominal muscles. Parallel Bars are available in single or two person models as shown.

The E-coat primer and top coat ensure full protection against corrosion. Choose from smooth Solid, slightly textured Hammertone, or Multi-Color finish options shown below.

Dips: Jump up if necessary, grasp bars with hands supporting body with straight arms. Bend arms to lower body. Do not lock elbows. Return slowly to start position and repeat.
Leg Lifts: Stand facing away from equipment. Grasp handles with straight arms. Raise legs off the ground at a 90 degree angle to the chest. Hold at the top and squeeze for one second. Return slowly to start position and repeat.
Rehabilitative Walking/Joint Movement: Place both hands firmly on each bar for support. Take small, slow steps as needed. Turn and repeat as many times necessary (Only for use on Single Person Parallel Bars).
